With my background in interior design, I offer sellers practical guidance on how to present their homes in the best possible light. I help homeowners identify simple, cost-effective improvements that can make a significant impact on a buyer’s first impression. Often, small updates—such as fresh neutral paint, removing dated carpeting, or refinishing hardwood floors—can completely transform the look and feel of a home and increase its appeal to today’s buyers.
When it comes to marketing, presentation and exposure are everything. I invest in professional photography and high-quality video walkthroughs for every listing at no cost to my clients. Your home will be prominently featured on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), but exposure for your property doesn't stop there, I also boost visibility by investing additional time and money in specialized real estate advertising platforms and I strategically promote your lisiting across multiple social media platforms to maximize visibility. I also create a dedicated webpage for each property where buyers can explore professional photos, video tours, and detailed information about the home.

Property Value Estimate
A property value estimate is an estimated market value of your property. It is meant to provide you with a rough idea of what your property may be worth based on the sales price of comparable homes in your surrounding area (usually a 1-mile radius) with similar attributes to your home. A property value estimate is not intended to replace an appraiser estimate or a more in-depth Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) that I can perform on your home. A property value estimate will include a list of listings, pending sales and sold properties that are comparable to your home.
My property value estimates can be emailed to you once, weekly, monthly or at any interval you prefer and it will give you a general overview of the market conditions in your immediate area.
